Rehabbed Main Street, Broadway, and the only rehabbed part of the city. There was literally not one open businesses the entire lengh on both sides of the strip:

Why there are cars parked here I don't know. There are no businesses or housing on this entire street:

There are surface level lots all over the downtown area with not one car in them, there are no places to patronize, and most have overgrown weeds in them:
